Bondi Sands self-tanning foam gives you soft, smooth skin and a natural golden tan.
I have used different types of self-tanners from lotions to sprays but this was the first foam self-tanner I used. I had heard some really great things about Bondi Sands products but the self-tanner was what I was really interested in. Winter is upon those of us not fortunate enough to live in a country with year-round warm weather and I love to have a nice golden tan all year round. This product is good for people that have an olive complexion or want a dark tan.

I cannot express how much I love this product! Bondi Sands self-tanning foam gave me the most natural tan to date and I have tried so many products. No streaks, no orange color, and no strange smell.
I left it on for just a little over three hours before washing it off and it gave me a pretty dark tan. The longer you leave it on, the darker you will get. You’re better off starting off with a few hours to see how much your skin darkens because everyone’s skin is different. You can always keep it on longer the next time you apply. If you leave it on for about six hours it normally gives you a really dark tan. You can use the Bondi Sands mitt to apply the foam which is an additional cost or you can use disposable gloves or just use your hands, just make sure to wash your hands well after applying the foam.
The coconut scent of the Bondi Sands foam wasn’t as horrible as most other products that have that really strange smell that seems to linger on and on. I could handle the scent of this product but it’s still not as nice as the regular sun tanning lotions.
Since this is a foam, it goes on really smooth and spreads really well. I like this much better than lotions. It feels like it dries in seconds and skin absorbs it so quickly. It is not greasy at all which is something I really look for. I hate having greasy skin especially with this type of product. Make sure to rinse off really well to remove any excess residue so that you don’t run the risk of having any product come off on your clothes. I didn’t experience any streaking or residue coming off on my clothes but always better to be safe rather than sorry.
For really great results don’t forget to exfoliate first. If you apply any self-tanner to dry, flaky skin there’s always the possibility that you will have patches of uneven color.
This is my new best friend. I don’t think I’d use any other self-tanner. This is an amazing product. It provides a dark, natural tan. It smells great! Even better, it dries really quickly! My skin was left super soft and smooth. I no longer have to go to the tanning salon because I’ve found a product that actually works without the exposure to harmful UV rays.
I think anyone that tries this will absolutely love this product! Try it, you won’t be disappointed. I rate this product a 9 as it really lives up to my expectations.
